How Often Does Tabs Sync with Your ERP?

Tabs automatically syncs with your ERP on a daily basis to keep your data up to date.

Automatic Sync Schedule

  • Tabs syncs with your ERP once per day at midnight ET

  • Changes made in your ERP will appear in Tabs after the next scheduled sync

Forcing a Manual Sync

If you’ve made changes in your ERP and need them reflected in Tabs immediately, you can trigger a manual sync.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Tabs

  2. Select your ERP connection

  3. Click Sync on your ERP connection to initiate a manual sync

  4. Allow up to 30 minutes for the sync to complete

When Should You Use a Manual Sync?

Use a manual sync when timing matters. For example:

  • You’ve made updates and need them reflected right away

  • You’re verifying changes before taking action in Tabs

  • You’re troubleshooting a discrepancy between systems
